08-28-03---There is a new patch released via Windows Update that will allow you to remove it
through Add Remove Programs and Selecting Windows Components. I suggest trying the
Windows Update method FIRST.
Since I started using XP I noticed that even though I told MSN not

Simply cut the command line below and paste it into your run dialog box and
it will be gone. I have used this repeatedly and it works everytime. I tried
other solutions to no avail. So here it is:
